As a coach, you must have appropriate youth soccer equipment to coach youth soccer. In addition, coaching youth soccer should be fun. That is essential because if players are enjoying every training session, they are will likely to come again to the training ground. And they will want to win so much in every game.

There are many youth soccer equipment that you must have in your training warehouse.

• Soccer balls for youth

Soccer balls are come in different sizes.

soccer ball size 3, these small balls are used for children under the age of 8. The circumference is 23-24 inches and between 11-12 ounces of weigh.

soccer ball size 4, these medium balls are usually used for soccer players of 8-12 ages. The circumference measure is 25-26 inches and weighs 12-13 ounces.

soccer ball size 5, this is the FIFA standard match ball international for all ages 13 and older. This soccer ball has 27-28 inches in circumference and the weigh between 14-16 ounces.

Size 3 and 4 are suitable for youth player. As you know that youth soccer equipment are should have suit the player’s age. So they don’t get trouble during practice.

• Youth soccer agility poles

This youth soccer equipment is used to enhance the player speed control. Soccer is the sport that uses more running agility. These stick of agility poles are used to set up a slalom running movement to forcing change of speed. It will train the player foot and calf to control the body to change the direction of move. Soccer goals are the essential soccer equipment besides soccer balls. If you train youth soccer, it is better for you to have soccer goals for youth with the smaller size than the regular soccer goals because the body measurement of youth soccer player is different than adult players. So if you use regular soccer goals, it is truly not suit with them because the goalkeeper of youth player is not equal with the soccer goal itself.

Using youth soccer equipment for youth soccer player is better than use regular soccer equipment. Actually, Youth players are not ready to play in the soccer standard match. It will not help them if you coerce them to use not appropriate equipment. You will not see a beautiful game played by them but it will be a bad game, because they will get trouble.
