Soccer Training Tips – Make More Variations
There are several soccer training tips that are usually neglected by most soccer coaches. One such aspect is the practice to help the players stay on the right track.
When confronted with the drills to help the players stay on the right track, my soccer training tips is very important for coaches to create variations in training and making the rules to make more difficult, so players will be increasingly challenged to give their best ability. One of the training is weaving in and out of cones.
In this soccer training tips, the coach must first set up some cones. To begin with, set 10 cones in a line and the distance each of them is 3 yards. Now, have the player leads a zig-zag in and out of each cone without touching or dropping the cones.
